Joomla help needed

I am having problems with Joomla and menu items. On the OSSinAction.org website, I want to have Demos drop down from the top and list options such as:

  • Topic
    • Subtopic
    • Subtopic
    • Subtopic
  • Topic
    • Subtopic
    • Subtopic
    • Subtopic
  • Topic
    • Subtopic
    • Subtopic
    • Subtopic

Can someone help walk me through the configuration changes?
