Affirmations are a great way to change your limiting and negative beliefs into positives. They are one of the most important and useful tools. Basically, you tell yourself good things about yourself until you believe it.

A few examples for affirmations:

-I love myself.
-I'm so grateful for my health.
-I'm so good-looking, wherever I go people approach me and take pictures with me.
-I'm so awesome.

One note about wording: Never use negative statements like "Nobody dislikes me". The subconscious mind does not understand negations and understands "Nobody likes me". You could turn the mentioned affirmation into "Everybody loves to be around me".
